Fairwayly is a golf tracking application that allows users to:

• Track golf rounds, scores, and statistics
• Manage club yardages and driving range sessions
• Calculate handicap index
• View performance analytics and trends

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fairwayly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Data

You retain ownership of your golf data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Handicap calculations are official USGA/WHS certifications
• Course data is always accurate or up-to-date

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairwayly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
